Am Hafen 3, Burg (Spreewald)
Best shop and best café in the Spreewald. Cozy atmosphere, very, very nice staff, an extremely nice boss and the best yeast lentils! I didn't think I'd say that, but they still bake with love. The selection of pies / cakes is also great. Even the coffee specialties are delicious. The small farm shop next door offers very nice and regional products. Since I support regionally myself, I'm in good hands here. All in all, Kleinod is absolutely recommendable and anyone who likes "Spreewald" is well served here! I keep coming back!
Nice cafe with friendly service.
Very great, the Spreewald typical and lovingly run cafe. The employees are nice, quick and keep calm even when the fir tree is burning in the cafe because of the crowd. Admittedly, the prices are a bit higher than at the cafe des industriebäckers in town, but if you are not prepared to pay accordingly for craftsmen, service and good food, you shouldn't let people write bad reviews out of frustration. I definitely recommend the cafe and would love to come back. Many thanks to the team!
Many typical Spreewald products, very suitable as souvenirs.
Super delicious coffee ☕ ... yummi yeast pods ..... and really nice, personable staff .... can only be recommended and we always like to come back here 😊
The café is great with great cakes and tarts. The coffee tastes delicious and you are always served very friendly. We haven't tested the snack menu yet, but it also looked very tasty.
Nice café with a good range of pies, cakes, plinsen, waffles, ice cream ... and various drinks
Very cute shop for souvenirs from the Spreewald. Very friendly staff. You wrapped the presents very nicely.
Coffee and everything that the Spreewald has to offer. No wishes remain unfulfilled and whoever thinks that the prices are totally overpriced: You don't have to buy anything and can enjoy the flair.
The shop sells everything that belongs to the Spreewald at overpriced prices (bag of coffee 15.00 euros, small jar of jam 5.50 - 6.00 euros). Tourist junk shop.
The shop and café are both definitely worth a visit. The café has the best Plinse in Burg and the shop sells everything that belongs in the Spreewald, including real blood pressure and Sorbian Easter eggs, and of course the general frippery.
very fine cakes and friendly service
Great coffee and great cakes
Very rude service. Extremely long waiting times and only get half of the order. We will never come back to anyone and will not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, one star is too much.
Urs cozy, a jewel - gem in the beautiful town of Burg. Extremely friendly service and that for so many years. A must and you shouldn't miss it.

Please note the opening times. The coffee only opens at 12 noon and not at 10 a.m. like the shop. Then a long wait, although not much was going on. We were there on Saturday and there was no more smacking let alone a drinking chocolate. Unfortunately, very disappointed. That shouldn't happen nowadays that food and drinks are no longer in stock.
Delicious hot chocolate and yummy cake! A lovely place.
Very good coffee. I also had Spreewälder Hefeplinsen. Praise to the kitchen, we immediately passed. The service was friendly, pleasant. We like it anyway in the Spreewald anyway. The café (incidentally, also has a very nice, well-stocked store ...) is still a nice addition 😀
Very stylish ambience, nice service and the Plinsen are a treat !!!
Nice coffee Great cake
Small shop with regional handicrafts and regional delicacies. In the cozy café next door you can enjoy cakes, ice cream, fresh yeast lentils and sheet cakes. The service is friendly and quick. We recommend!
Plinses were freshly made, but there is room for improvement.
Nice little cafe with great cakes
